Investments

A small portfolio of early-stage software companies and long-hold real estate in Sweden and southern Spain.

Investments

I invest in two things: early software companies where I can be genuinely useful, and buildings I would be happy to own for twenty years. Everything else I have tried, I have done badly.

My cheque sizes are small and my involvement is high when asked for and zero when not. I say no often, usually because I cannot help, not because the company is bad. Selective positions include Kim Denzler, Saffron, P.F.C., Betalo, and Movesta, plus advisory roles at Antler.

On the property side, the strategy is boring on purpose: good locations, low leverage, long horizons, and no interest in being clever. The first Marbella purchase was in 2018 and was renovated far too slowly.

Timeline

  1. 2014

First angel investment. Most lessons learned the expensive way.

  2. 2016

Invested in P.F.C., later acquired by Svea Ekonomi.

  3. 2018

First property in Marbella. Renovated it far too slowly.

  4. 2019

Investor and advisor at Movesta. Advisor at Antler.

  5. 2021

Focused the portfolio on B2B software and AI tooling.

  6. 2026

Fourteen active positions. Two exits, three write-offs.

Current status

Actively looking at pre-seed and seed B2B software, especially AI-native tools for unglamorous industries. Always happy to look at real estate around Marbella.
