A boutique real-estate venture in Marbella developing Scandinavian-designed luxury villas in the €3-9M range for international buyers.

Soulhouse combines Scandinavian design with sustainable materials and smart living solutions. We focus on villas that stand out in both style and function, built for international buyers who want something quieter than the typical Marbella offering.

I founded and led the venture, raising capital, managing development from acquisition to sale, and building partnerships with architects, interior designers and global sales agents. The projects are in the €3-9M range, which means every decision is high-stakes and slow.

My core team on the Los Arqueros project has been Consjumo as builders, architect Juanma Sayago, and Jonna at Interior by Design. They are the team I now use because they can actually deliver on a budget, on the coast, with Scandinavian taste. This project has given me hands-on experience in high-value project execution, investor relations and cross-border sales — working closely with international clients and local partners in Spain.

Case: Los Arqueros, Benahavís

A full development I ran from a €400K plot through to a finished villa — now listed at €3.9M. Scandinavian-minded design in Los Arqueros, just above San Pedro. Herringbone oak, a quiet material palette, an open kitchen built for long lunches, and a garden and pool laid out around the shade rather than the postcard. Built with Consjumo, Juanma Sayago and Jonna at Interior by Design.
