Soulhouse combines Scandinavian design with sustainable materials and smart living solutions. We focus on villas that stand out in both style and function, built for international buyers who want something quieter than the typical Marbella offering.

I founded and led the venture, raising capital, managing development from acquisition to sale, and building partnerships with architects, interior designers and global sales agents. The projects are in the €3-9M range, which means every decision is high-stakes and slow.

This has given me hands-on experience in high-value project execution, investor relations and cross-border sales — working closely with international clients and local partners in Spain.
