The Pool Marbella
A private members' hub for founders, entrepreneurs and senior operators on the Costa del Sol. More than 60 nationalities, invitation-led membership, and a strict no-selling rule.
The Pool Marbella is inspired by the intimacy and cultural depth of Soho House, but built for a different audience: founders, entrepreneurs, C-level operators and investors who have chosen Southern Europe as a base. It is not for brokers, telesales or anyone who is mainly here to pitch. It is for people who have built — or are building — something serious, and want to be around others doing the same.
I built it with Christian Rasmussen, with a board that includes Andreas Mihalovits. We bring people together through invitation-led membership, curated dinners, roundtables, cultural programming and strategic introductions. The focus is not workspace; it is community, deal flow and meaningful connection. The rule is that nobody sells. That single rule is why people keep coming back.
The network now spans more than 60 nationalities. Members invest in each other, hire each other, partner with each other, and become friends. I lead strategy, positioning, brand development, member acquisition, partnerships, event curation and revenue. The Pool has become a meeting point for high-calibre talent relocating to Southern Europe, and the most enjoyable thing I do professionally.
