The opportunity
Finding the right plot is the hardest part of building in Marbella. It took me six to seven years to find the one in Los Arqueros. This one comes with the design work already done.
Through Soulhouse we developed a complete concept for the plot, called Las Lomas 22: architecture, floor plans and a sustainability spec. You can take it as it is, adapt it, or use it as a starting point with your own architect.
Location
Las Lomas sits in the hills of La Quinta, above Nueva Andalucía. Undisturbed mountain views and sea views, with Nueva Andalucía, Puerto Banús and Puente Romano a few minutes' drive down the hill.

1,812 m² in a quiet residential area surrounded by green, with views towards the mountains and the sea.
The designed project
The concept is a 949 m² villa with six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, 281 m² of terraces and a private pool. It includes a home cinema, an indoor gym and spa area, and a wine cellar.
Sustainability is built in, not added on: solar energy, low-CO2 concrete and two EV charging points.
